This site is operated by Canopy Marketing (“we,” “us”). This policy explains how we handle information from this site and inquiries about our agency services, including Google Ad Grants, Google Ads, AI search visibility, Google Business Profile, SEO, content, lead follow-up, and reporting.

What we collect

• Forms and quizzes. We collect the information you enter, such as your name, work email, organization, website, service interests, message, Health Score answers, and quiz results. Selected campaign and intake forms are hosted by Typeform. Our contact form and Health Score submissions are processed and routed through Make.com.
• Analytics and advertising data. We use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads tags. These tags can collect page views, site interactions, approximate location, device and browser information, referrers, form events, and advertising or conversion identifiers. We use this information to understand site use and measure leads and advertising conversions.
• Server logs. Cloudflare hosts and delivers this site and may process standard request, device, network, and security log information.

How we use information

• Respond to inquiries and provide requested quiz results or follow-up.
• Plan, deliver, and report on agency services.
• Measure site performance, lead activity, and advertising conversions.
• Protect the site and forms from abuse and security threats.

Service providers and sharing

We provide information to vendors that help operate this site and process inquiries: Typeform for selected forms, Make.com for submission routing, Cloudflare for hosting and delivery, and Google for tag management, analytics, and Google Ads measurement. Their handling of information is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Cookies and similar technologies

GA4 and Google Ads tags can use cookies or similar identifiers. Google Ads tags are advertising and conversion tracking technologies. You can limit cookies through your browser settings, adjust your Google advertising settings, or use Google’s GA opt-out browser add-on.
