This site is operated by Canopy Marketing. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
About this service
Canopy Marketing is an independent, for-profit service provider that manages, optimizes, and reports on Google Ad Grants accounts on behalf of eligible nonprofits. We do not hold the Google Ad Grant on your behalf; the grant remains owned and operated by your organization.
Google Ad Grants eligibility, account status, monthly spend levels, click volume, and performance outcomes are governed by Google and depend on factors outside any service provider’s control (Google policy changes, your site’s health, account compliance, search demand, and more). Nothing on this site should be read as a guarantee of eligibility, approval, spend, conversions, or any specific outcome.
“YMCA” on this site refers to the individual local YMCA nonprofit organizations we work with. We are not affiliated with YMCA of the USA, and this site is not endorsed by YMCA of the USA.
Site terms of use
The content on this site provides general information about our agency services, including Google Ad Grants, Google Ads, AI search visibility, Google Business Profile, SEO, content, lead follow-up, and reporting. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice and should not be relied on as such.
Services and results
Search platforms, advertising systems, AI products, business listings, websites, and third-party policies change. We do not guarantee rankings, visibility, platform approval, advertising spend, leads, revenue, or any other specific result.
For Google Ad Grants, Google’s current published policy at support.google.com/grants/answer/1657899 controls if this site conflicts with that policy.
Engagement terms
The terms of any client engagement are governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer or contract.
Governing law and venue
These terms and any dispute involving Canopy Marketing are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any action arising out of these terms must be brought exclusively in a state or federal court located in the State of Tennessee. You and Canopy Marketing consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
